Yes — we provide free delivery on all UK mainland orders. Offshore UK and international delivery is available and quoted separately.
Stock items usually ship the same working day if ordered by 2:30 pm (Mon–Fri). Custom items have lead times confirmed once you approve your artwork.
We’re an online manufacturer and ship directly from our UK workshop, so we don’t have a public showroom. Please contact us if you’d like to discuss a large order or arrange a sample.
Simply email your artwork/idea or use our request form. We’ll provide a free proof and clear pricing before you commit.
Stock items can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. Custom-made items can’t be returned unless faulty or incorrect.
Contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number — we’ll replace or refund promptly.
Yes — invoices are automatically emailed after purchase. If you need another copy, just ask.
