At Eclipse Merchandise Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy sets out your rights to cancel, return, and obtain a refund.
1. Custom & Personalised Items

Any custom-made, personalised, or bespoke products (for example, items printed with logos, names, or designs supplied by you) cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty or not as described.

This is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, which exclude custom items from the standard right to cancel.
2. Standard Products

For all non-customised, standard items, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a refund:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

It must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.

You must provide a valid reason for the return.
